Phillip LaMere
Phil LaMere graduated with BA degrees in economics and art, maxima cum laude, from Loras College, Dubuque, IA, in 1977. He obtained his JD degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1980. That same year he joined the creditors’ rights firm of Borns, Quinn, Kopko & Lindquist, P.C., in Merrillville, IN. In 1984 he became managing partner of the firm’s first branch office in Indianapolis, IN. For the next 32 years he concentrated his practice exclusively in consumer collections and bankruptcy under the firm’s changed name of Bowman, Heintz, Boscia & Vician, P.C. He is admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He joined Stenger & Stenger, P.C. in 2018 and works out of their Carmel, IN, office.
