Notice Of Mailing Bear Final Distribution Checks

On August 30, 2004, pursuant to an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Conservator Lewis G. Mosburg, Jr. mailed final distribution checks to those investors listed on the First Revised Final BEAR Investor List. Pursuant to the Court's order, Investors have one hundred twenty (120) days to cash these checks. Any checks not cashed within the one hundred twenty (120) days will thereafter be null and void.
