Laura D. Duston received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in 1992, and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2000 where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and a CALI Excellence for the Future award winner. She was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2001 and to the State Bar of Michigan in 2003. Prior to becoming an attorney, Laura worked for a major aerospace company in the area of Human Resources, specializing in compensation and benefits, worker’s compensation, and legal compliance. Laura is experienced in general Civil Litigation, Creditor’s Rights, Business and Commercial law, Real Estate law, Employment law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust administration.
